— Coaching & Custom Builds

YOUR FIRM’S
FRACTIONAL CTO.

Coaching is a prepaid balance, not a product. You use it to decide what’s worth doing, then implement it, integrate what you already run, automate the repetitive work, and train your team. Not in Florida family law, or need something built from scratch? Custom AI builds are scoped per engagement below.

— Private Coaching

The retainer, and how it works.

A $5,000 retainer buys a prepaid balance you draw down as work happens — training, implementation, or building systems together, your call every time. A $1,500 done-for-you install fee covers LAL installing every suite you’ve purchased and building your Command Center. The simplest way to think about the retainer is a fractional CTO for your firm.

Private Coaching Retainer

Fractional CTO, on retainer.

$5,000
+ $1,500 done-for-you install fee

The retainer includes a pre-session strategy call that does not bill against it, your Florida ethics workflow installed before anything else, done-for-you installation of every suite you own, and customization through sessions. Adding the retainer also unlocks the deeper multi-suite discount table on the FL Family Law Suites page.

Heavier engineering — custom integrations, data syncs — is built by Henry, an attorney and computer engineer.

  • Pre-session strategy call — does not draw against the retainer
  • Florida ethics workflow installed before we start
  • Done-for-you install of every suite you own
  • Command Center built for your firm
  • Customization and staff training through sessions
  • Balance carries forward until it’s depleted — it does not expire

30-Minute Call

Between-session work — document review, customization, build work — draws against the retainer at $400/hr, billed in 15-minute increments. Scope is confirmed before any between-session work begins. Coaching retainer and session time are never discounted.

— The Fractional-CTO Lens

What the balance is actually for.

You use it to decide what’s worth doing, then to implement it, integrate what you already run — SharePoint, LEAP, Smokeball, Dropbox, intake, case management — automate the repetitive work, and train your team.

01

Decide

What’s actually worth building for your firm, and what isn’t yet.

02

Implement

Install, configure, and connect the systems you’ve purchased.

03

Automate

Take the repetitive work off your desk and your staff’s.

04

Train

Get your team running the systems without you in the room.

— Any Firm, Any State

Custom AI Builds.

Not Florida family law, or need something built from scratch for a different practice area? Custom builds are high-touch, Leisa-led engagements scoped to your firm.

$15,000–$20,000 per engagement

High-touch, Leisa-led discovery and build. You own the system when it’s done — this is not a license, it’s yours. Every custom build starts with attorney-led discovery, workflow mapping, and SOP documentation, then trains on your firm’s existing documents and practice patterns.

Maintenance, workshops, and private coaching create recurring value after the build — the relationship doesn’t end at delivery.

— Common Questions

Before you book.

Do I need to buy a suite before I can add coaching?
No, but coaching is built around installing and customizing suites you own — most clients pair the retainer with at least one suite purchase. Adding the retainer also unlocks the deeper multi-suite discount tiers on the FL Family Law Suites page.
What happens when the retainer runs out?
The balance carries forward until it’s depleted — it does not expire. When it reaches zero, you can replenish with a new retainer to continue the engagement, or move to pay-per-session at standard rates.
Is the $1,500 install fee separate from the retainer?
Yes. The install fee covers the done-for-you setup of every suite you own and stands up your Command Center. The $5,000 retainer balance is separate and draws down as sessions and between-session work happen.
How is a custom build different from coaching?
Coaching installs and customizes the suites already in the catalog. A custom build is Leisa-led architecture built from scratch for a practice area or state outside the FL family law catalog — you own the finished system.
Who actually does the engineering?
Leisa leads discovery, scoping, and training. Henry — an attorney and computer engineer — builds the heavier integrations and custom architecture.
